Pay and benefits

Paid monthly in arrears by bank transfer on the last working day of the month. Your Social Security share and income tax are deducted at source. Salaries are reviewed every year in January.

The details
Probation
During probation either side may end the employment without notice. Your manager reviews your progress with you every month and confirms your appointment in writing at the end.
Hours and overtime
Core hours are 10:00 to 15:00 so the team can meet. You plan the rest of your day with your manager. Overtime is agreed with your manager in advance.
Leave
Book annual leave with your manager at least two weeks ahead. You also get paid sick leave with a medical report, and the official public holidays in Jordan.
Social Security
AppDeen AI registers you with the Social Security Corporation. Your share is deducted from your salary each month and AppDeen AI pays the employer share on top.
Confidentiality and IP
You keep the information of AppDeen AI and its clients confidential, during your employment and after it ends. Work you create for your job belongs to AppDeen AI, including code, prompts, skills, playbooks and documents. You sign our confidentiality and IP agreement on your first day.
Conditions
This offer depends on the documents listed below and on satisfactory references. If this letter and your employment contract differ, the contract applies.

- National ID card or passport
- Degree certificates
- Non-conviction certificate, issued in the last 3 months
- Social Security number, if you have one
- Bank IBAN for your salary
- Two passport-size photos
