      "title": "Services",
      "body": "AppDeen AI provides the AI employees and services listed in Schedule A (the \"Services\"). Each AI employee works in a private workspace set up for the Client and is overseen by AppDeen AI's human team."

      "title": "Term",
      "body": "This Agreement starts on the Effective Date and continues month to month. Either party may end it with 30 days' written notice. The minimum term is 3 months from the Effective Date."

      "title": "Fees and payment",
      "body": "The Client pays the fees in Schedule A. Monthly fees are invoiced in advance at the start of each month and one-time fees on signature. Invoices are payable within 14 days in Jordanian dinars. Fees exclude 16% general sales tax, which is added to each invoice. AppDeen Credits are prepaid and used up by usage."

      "title": "Client responsibilities",
      "body": "The Client provides the knowledge, tool access and approvals the Services need, names one point of contact, and reviews work that waits for approval within a reasonable time."

      "title": "Human checkpoints",
      "body": "The Client decides which actions run automatically and which wait for the Client's approval. AppDeen AI does not send, publish or spend on the Client's behalf outside those settings."

      "title": "Confidentiality",
      "body": "Each party keeps the other's confidential information private, uses it only for this Agreement, and shares it only with people who need it and are bound by the same duty. This duty continues for 3 years after the Agreement ends."

      "title": "Data protection",
      "body": "Client data stays in the Client's private workspace. It is not shared with other customers and is not used to train another customer's AI employee. Only de-identified lessons may be used to improve AppDeen AI's skills library. Each party complies with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 24 of 2023 and other applicable law."

      "title": "Intellectual property",
      "body": "Deliverables made for the Client belong to the Client once paid in full. AppDeen AI keeps all rights in its platform, AI employees, skills, playbooks and know-how, including improvements made while providing the Services."

    {
      "title": "Quality and liability",
      "body": "AppDeen AI performs the Services with reasonable skill and care. AI output can contain errors, so the Client reviews work before relying on it for high-stakes decisions. Except for breaches of confidentiality or data protection, each party's total liability is limited to the fees paid in the 3 months before the claim. Neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss."

      "title": "Termination",
      "body": "Either party may end this Agreement at once by written notice if the other materially breaches it and does not fix the breach within 15 days of notice. On termination the Client pays fees due up to the end date, and AppDeen AI returns or deletes Client data within 30 days on request."

      "title": "Governing law",
      "body": "This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. The courts of Amman have exclusive jurisdiction."

      "title": "General",
      "body": "This Agreement and its schedules are the entire agreement between the parties. Changes are valid only in writing signed by both parties. Notices go to the addresses above or by email to the representatives named."
