      "title": "Confidential information",
      "body": "\"Confidential Information\" is any information a party (the \"Discloser\") shares with the other (the \"Recipient\") for the Purpose, in any form, that is marked confidential or that a reasonable person would treat as confidential. It includes business plans, customer and personal data, prices, product designs, prompts, playbooks, source code and know-how."

      "title": "Obligations",
      "body": "The Recipient uses Confidential Information only for the Purpose, keeps it secure with at least the care it uses for its own confidential information, and shares it only with employees and advisers who need it for the Purpose and are bound by duties at least as strict as these."

      "title": "Exclusions",
      "body": "These obligations do not apply to information that is or becomes public through no fault of the Recipient, that the Recipient already had without restriction, that the Recipient receives lawfully from a third party without restriction, or that the Recipient develops independently."

      "title": "Required disclosure",
      "body": "The Recipient may disclose Confidential Information when required by law or a court, after giving the Discloser prompt written notice where the law allows, and only to the extent required."

      "title": "Personal data",
      "body": "Any personal data shared under this Agreement is handled in line with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 24 of 2023. The Recipient does not use it to train AI models."
    },
    {
      "title": "Term",
      "body": "This Agreement covers information shared within 12 months of the Effective Date. The obligations in it last for 3 years after each disclosure, and for trade secrets for as long as they remain trade secrets."

      "title": "Return or deletion",
      "body": "On written request, the Recipient returns or deletes the Discloser's Confidential Information within 15 days and confirms it in writing, except copies it must keep by law."
    },
    {
      "title": "No licence, no obligation",
      "body": "No licence to any intellectual property is granted. Neither party has to enter into any further agreement."
    },
    {
      "title": "Remedies",
      "body": "A breach may cause harm that money cannot fully repair, so the Discloser may seek an injunction in addition to any other remedy."

    {
      "title": "Governing law",
      "body": "This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. The courts of Amman have exclusive jurisdiction."
